we started topsweteam in 2015 because we wanted a place that felt like a workshop more than an agency — small, hands-on, and run by the people who actually write the code. eleven years later that has not changed.

every engagement is run by a senior engineer who stays from the first call to the last deploy. there are no project managers translating between you and the people doing the work. there is no benched team waiting for your project to start.

we work mostly with early-stage founders, research groups, and small platforms that need a careful pair of hands — not a thirty-person delivery team.

  three more people join. we begin offering written technical due diligence as a fixed-fee read.

  first long-term engagement crosses the two-year mark. we cap concurrent projects at three.
• 2020
  team goes fully distributed. barcelona stays the mailing address.

  platform & infra becomes its own practice. first 24/7 on-call rotation for a fintech client.
• 2024
  eight engagements that year. portfolio crosses thirty-eight shipped projects.
• 2026
  seven engineers. still small by design. one slot kept open for short due-diligence work.
