browsing this site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. visitors agree to use the site, its content and any linked services lawfully, in good faith, and in line with public order.
all content — text, layout, source code, illustrations, design tokens — is the property of topsweteam unless otherwise stated, and is protected by intellectual-property law. reproduction, redistribution or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.
the site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. we make a reasonable effort to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or that any specific information is current. we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or any information published on it.
the site may link to third-party pages. we do not control their content or privacy practices and accept no responsibility for them — visitors follow such links at their own risk.
what we collect
we collect as little as we can get away with. specifically:
- contact form — name, email and the message body, sent only when the form is submitted on the home page.
- email — if you write to us, we keep your message and the reply for as long as the conversation is useful, and at most three years after.
- server logs — our hosting provider records standard request logs (ip, user agent, path, timestamp) for 30 days for security and debugging.
- analytics — a privacy-respecting tool that does not set cookies and does not track individuals across sites. we see counts of pages, referrers and rough country, nothing more.
cookies
the site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work — for example a session identifier and the chosen theme and language. these cookies do not collect personal data, are not used for advertising or third-party analytics, and are not shared. you can block or delete them in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working as expected.
why we collect it
to reply to you, to understand which pages people read, and to keep the site online. that is the entire list. we do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
who we share it with
only the providers needed to keep the lights on:
- the email host that delivers our inbox.
- the cloud provider that runs the site.
- the analytics tool described above.
your rights
you can ask us to:
- show you what we have on file.
- correct it.
- delete it.
- stop processing it.
